TERRIBLE!!! When I first walked in there was an unfinished plate of food on one of the couches. There were at least 10 flies flying around the plate and when I sat on the couch as far away as I could from the flies, they started to fly around me and my mom. When I was ready to get my haircut and there was a wait for about 20 minutes; which could be worse. I told her to thin out my hair because it was too thick. She took some thinning shears and started thinning it out. What she didn't tell me is that you are not supposed to use thinning shears on curly hair like mine because it will make it more frizzy. The way she used the thinning shears was terrible. She would close the shears over my hair and drag down. DRAG DOWN! She was PULLING OUT MY HAIR! UGHHHHHHH!! She did not know what she was doing. A week later I see how damaged my hair looks because the way she sheared it made it look like all different lengths. When I put my hair into two braids, I noticed 1 inch length pieces of my hair in the very back. It was about the circumference of a pencil. There were multiple of theses short pieces of hair in the back. Like was she trying to give me bangs on the back of my head?? She also burned my ear with a straightener. I will never go there again.
We love our stylist Shayla, as she is attentive and I am pleased with her work. My son was the first in our family to use her services, after our long time stylist moved out of state. I have been very pleased with her work with my own hair and color since I dared to try. That was over a year ago!!! Love, love, love all the staff at the salon!
Laura and the staff are AWESOME. They aim to please and take the time to make you happy. I make the drive from down south JUST to come here. (its almost 2 hours)

I am so disappointed with my hair color.. I came in to get an ombré hair color and the lady basically gave me super chunky streaks.. I gave the lady a nice tip because I walked out of there with what looked like a good hair color(she curled my hair so I couldn't see any of the mistakes). The next day I washed my hair and straightened it and seen all the mistakes she made. I think I paid $140 for one of the worst hair colors Ive ever had. Would not recommend this place...
