We ordered a decaf iced caramel macchiato and when we got it and actually drove away got a taste of it and there was absolutely no coffee in it. We went back after driving 10 miles and explain to them there was no coffee at all in a coffee drink. They proceeded to make another one and there was again no coffee in a coffee drink! Don't go there they have no idea what they're doing
My only issue is the gm there. She isn't very friendly. All other staff are amazing. .
If I could give minus points I would. Seems like the staff is under trained and the manager could care less. Really hard to get a consistent tasting drink and they're always trying to get you to leave. In stead of saying "is that your order?" Try "is there anything else I can get you?" You're not the only coffee shop in town, but as far as I'm concerned, it'll be a long while before I go back.
We came in about a half hour before closing, ordered our drinks, and he got one wrong. We didn't complain, but i feel like he wasn't even listening. He seemed like he was in a rush to close. We sat there with our drinks and he gave us a 2 min warning. We were cleaning up our table when he called out to us that they were closed. We weren't even out the door and he turned the lights out on us. RUDE!
I feel like they WANT to go out of business. I was flat out told by a worker there, that if I wanted a speciality drink, then I needed to go to a Salt Lake Starbucks. It's such an inconvenience to get to the darn place anyways, that the poor service on top of it makes it completely pointless to go there!
