A bit of a wait but friendly service and alright prices
Went in for a light bulb for my blinker and the nice associate, an older gentleman, helped me replace it. It would have taken me forever since my husband is busy at work. Great customer service. Q
Each time I have been here for parts and other things the employees are always very helpful. They are generally quick about engaging and helping customers and are fairly knowledgeable.
I called in and told them what part I needed and what make and model of car i had. Was quoted a price. When my daughter got home with the part they had given her the right part but for a different make and model of car. When I returned it for the right part they refunded the money to my card and then told me my card was denied for the right part. The wrong part was more expensive. Instead of exchanging the parts as refunding the difference I was told I would get the money on my card in 3-4 days. I needed the part for my vehicle to run. Then they told me thatthey only had one part left in stock and it might be sold before i got my money refunded.
Poor customer service.
Not bad bunch of uneducated mechanic's. Prices are good and normally good about getting your part quickly if not in store.
