DO NOT GO HERE!! While in the wash, it ripped off mirror of 2013 Infinity and did over $3,000 in damage after the mirror smacked off the side of the car while stuck in the mechanism. The owner was / is extremely unprofessional, manipulative, and unwilling to accept any responsibility or give insurance information for a claim. He continued to lie and fabricate information on several occassions!! BEWARE and take your business elsewhere!!!
My last experience at this facility was less than stellar. As I entered the carwash, I watched as a crack developed on my windshield. By the time it stopped, it measured about 30" long. When I approached the manager about this, he looked the at the crack and ascertained that it started at this miniscule little chip on the very bottom of the windshield and, therefore, would not cover the damage. Something tells me that he tries to get out of every cracked windshield that comes out of his wash. Additionally, there is no indication of this policy written anywhere, no warnings, disclaimers, anything. Seems to be they make up policy as they go. If you must use this carwash, be aware that if your windshield gets damaged, plan on being on the hook for it as this business takes no responsibility.
Even another attendant (the one with the red truck) admitted he won't wash his truck there because it had damaged it before.

I met with Jim on Wednesday, he claimed all of the damage couldn't possibly have been done in his car wash and he refused to give me his insurance information again. He told me to bring that broken mirror to court with me, in a very demeaning sarcastic tone......of course after he had it reassembled.
I have 2 body shop estimates coming in right around $3,500, and a police report for property damage.
The car wash ripped the mirror off of my car after the rollers stopped causing the brush to continously beat against the mirror. I notified the attendant and he handed me the pieces. I asked what I needed to do and he said it was up to the owner. When I called the owners wife. She said "sorry it happens" but would not pay for any damages and acted like it wasn't their fault.
The wash was good, but the pre scrub didn't get all the bugs off the windshield. I wish there was a skinny attachment option on the vacuums so I could get between the hard to reach places.
THIS BUSINESS OWNER JIM FISHER IS A VERY DECEPTIVE MAN THAT LIKES TO LIES AND FABRICATES INFORMATION, AND I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO TAKE THEIR BUSNINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!
********WARNING******** This car wash did $3,500 worth of damage to my car, and the owner Jim Fisher refused to give me his insurance information. While in the wash, it ripped off my drivers side mirror it got caught in the roller so every time it circulated it would bang into my car leaving dents and scratches. The 16-17 year old worker that witnessed it, frantically called Jim (the owner) to tell him what happened. He was instructed to KEEP my mirror and NOT give it back to me. The entire mirror assembly was in several pieces. I took pictures of the damage while still at the car wash, then went home and called him. I told him the damage was way more extensive than just the mirror. He said he needed to see the car next week. My husband stopped in first thing Monday morning to meet with Jim. Jim told my husband this was an "after market mirror and that we had attached it to our car with tape". My husband was on his way to leave on a business trip, so he didn't have time to argue with him. I called Jim later that day told him I would be by to pick up the mirror on my way home, he stated he didn't have it anymore he sent it to FISHER BODY SHOP. I hung up the phone researched it , THERE IS NO SUCH BUSINESS IN UTAH named FISHER BODY SHOP. I called Jim back, he game me a number of the body shop because he didn't know the exact address. I called the so-called body shop owner, it was Jim's nephew Wes. He didn't know anything about the other damage to my car, only the mirror because Jim had withheld that very important information. Tuesday afternoon I tried to talk to Jim, he had his young employee give me back the mirror all put back together, but Jim didn't have the time to meet with me. I made an appointment with him for the following day, Wednesday.
