Judge Dow is a one horse town, three ring circus of a judge. He will hand down a ruling even though he doesn't understand the law that contests his ruling. If you are without a lawyer, he will favor the prosecutor (after all, they do have lunch together) and he is very condescending. This is the first judge that I have ever written about, because I find it offensive that such a clown is put into a position of power. Any decisions handed out by this judge should be taken to room 12 and appealed, so that it goes to the district court, with a real judge, and a real prosecutor.
