I've used the UPS store on many occasions throughout the years. Shipping and copying has been my main source though. They are quick to help when you ask and try their best to solve your needs. It's great that the owners are almost always at the store or the employees can quickly call them to get answers or to hear complaints. I've never seen another small business do that. I plan to keep using their business for a long time to come. It's great to have them in a small town.
