Very dissatisfied in every way. After calling for hours someone finally answered the phone. the flowers were a day late and were ugly.
I cannot begin to express my appreciation & gratitude for Valerie & Joel. I have not lived in Utah for over 13 years so when in need for a special arrangement they are my go to. I have needed a last minute order or a special treat to be included & they always come through. They go above and beyond for me & my other family members that are no longer in town.
If I could give this a negative, I would. We had an arrangement scheduled for delivery today for my mother in laws birthday. It was suppose to be a surprise. After calling over and over, we were constantly told they were on the truck for delivery. After they never showed, we called for the sixth time, and was told the delivery driver was back already. We had to call in to check with my mother in law, which not only ruined the surprise, it still wasn't delivered. I called AGAIN and it turns out, they were delivered to the wrong place. Luckily that kind person walked them to the proper house. The guy who I worked with was very unfriendly and thought this was pretty hilarious. He did offer to personally deliver them. I was satisfied with this. HOWEVER, they were delivered to the wrong address AGAIN! Another complete stranger walked them to my mother and laws house. Not to mention, the flowers looked terrible. Wilted and sad. I would never recommend this floral shop and I'll never use them again.
Nice flower arrangements, but very outdated and small.
Hands down the best flowers in Tooele County.
