i was in the tooele utah store on 1/25/2011 at 7:10 pm MST, i recieved a haircut from jennifer. when i arrived home my wife noticed that my head was bleeding. when well called the store and asked for manager jennifer stated that she was the manager. we tried to file a complaint and she compleatly blew us off. and stated that she didnt do anything wrong and that maybe her clippers needed to be changed. when we asked for her manager she stated that she didnt have one and that she was the only one that we could talk to.
My haircut is beautiful and the stylist was very friendly. Definitely recommend this place.
THIS LOCATION DOESNT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THEIR EQUIPTMENT OR THEIR CUSTOMERS.... BEWARE!!!!!
They did a terrible job they didn't get the roots all the way plus color started fading 2 weeks afterwards!
