I love going to Home Depot, just not this one..the level of customer service you get here is sad. None of the employees know where anything is nor are they willing to help you find what you are looking for. There has been one or two employees that I've had a pleasant experience with that genuinely care and actually try to help you find what you are looking for. I'd say your best bet to complete any project, is to drive into Salt Lake to a different Home Depot and shop there.
Shelves are empty a lot. And I have learned it is because they are not being stocked. The product is sitting in boxes up above. I have a hard time at times finding someone to help me. Aisles are blocked with stair ladders, mats and boxes. There are good helpful employees there.
Really not impressed with this home depot. Usually I get great service at home depot but for some reason the Tooele one always leaves me disappointed. Today I waited for over ten minutes after asking multiple times for someone to make a key for me. This, in plain sight of no less than ten employees. The previous few visits to this store were pretty bad too. It's getting to the point that if I know I'm going to need to all for help I'll just drive into the salt lake home depot or go to a competitor.
A lot of great employees here are readily available and willing to help. Had a few help me individually for 30+ minutes. This location rents equipment and moving trucks.
