First off, this may be the last sit-down, eat-in Pizza Hut left anywhere, and it was great! We came out from Salt Lake to try it. The food wasn’t spectacular but it was probably better than the typical take-out you get from a pizza joint these days. We were impressed by our waitress, Melanie, and her helpful, friendly service. I would recommend anyone to experience one of the last, classic Pizza Huts around!
Went there 10.6.17 for dine in. Absolute worst service I have ever received. Incomplete order. Empty drinks. Had to refill myself. Late arrival to our party was never served. And a waitress who self depricatingly repeated "I should not even be here." And "if I get time I will get you more to drink". "Fill your own ranch dressing from the salad bar" tried to talk to the manager, and was completely blown off.
Everytime I order the pretzel pizza it is way too salty. I work fast food, I know how it is. I know you hate customers complaining. Just please calm it down on the salt. Thanks
In all honesty, the pizza hut in Tooele, Utah, was quite.. dreadful, we had a fairly small order that took roughly up to an hour to finally get to us, they gave us the wrong pizza, there was arguing and raised voices coming from the kitchen, waitress was kind but consistently forgot about us and didn't seem to remember.. half the staff seemed to forget we even ordered a cheese pizza.
Not satisfied with the customer service or with the food quality from the tooele pizza hut i called and explained what the issue is im having and my family after ordering and eating their pizza we all are feeling ill we all was feeling just fine before. the response i got from jeff the manager ... quote there is nothing he can do and this happeneds all the time! If this happeneds all the time then there is a problem. I will not order pizza hut again and would like a real pizza professional to handle the tooele store i have never had such poor customer service until now THANK YOU JEFF OR JJ gose to show what your worth
