The servings were uneven. My serving for a tostada I received about 6 oz of meat, cup of rice, cup of beans and probably 3 to 4 cups of lettuce. The person after me had to complain to get the same portion. I didn't know them but they were visibly upset and told them this happens to them frequently.
This place has really gone downhill in the last few months. The employees have no idea what they're doing, making enchiladas with tiny soft taco shells, not payng attention to the customers mid-order, the place looks like a bomb went off behind the counter, glfood everywhere. Not going back.
I love the Grilled Chicken Salad but tonight's chicken was overcooked and crunchy. Some pieces were even burned. I hope this is only a one time thing. I was disappointed.
Good food. Good service. Very nice staff. Tables could have been cleaner.
Serving station was extremely messy. Loads of cross contamination (Lettuce everywhere, guacamole was brown, salsa mixed together and slopped along the buffet) There was an unpleasant pungent odor in the dinning area as well.
Cost to value I'd say was underwhelming. Even though the dinning area was clean and the food tasted on par with the competition I was put off by the cleanliness of the kitchen and the discipline of the staff. I'll go to Costa Vida next time.
Dirty, rude customer service and I am not sure if this is a new policy or if the servers really didn't understand what I was asking. The meal I ordered came with guacamole. I didn't want the guacamole, I wanted to substitute it with sour cream. They refused to do so and told me they could put the guacamole in a little cup and charge me for it as an extra? That doesn't even make sense. They offered to sell me sour cream on the side and of course charge me for it. I at one point just asked to hold the guacamole and forget about the sour cream. They were going to charge me for not putting the guacamole on the salad. I had ordered a salad that is made to order while you watch. I so badly wanted to say I have done this for years at other locations but I didn't want to be that customer. I took my salad home and the grilled chicken had little slivers of chicken bones.
