HE PAINTED A DECK FLOOR WITH CHEAPER PAINT, REMOVED THE LABLE AND TRYED TO SELL IT AS DECK OVER PAINT. HE DID THIS TO A 78 YEAR OLD LADY, HE CHEATED HER, AND WHEN HE WAS CAUGHT HE LIED TO HER AND WANTED TO CHARGE HER MORE MONEY.
