We did some work for Lenore Lund, on time, high quality, and at a lower price than we normally charged. It was interesting to read the prior review from one of her former clients because she was the same way with us. We had to drive 20 miles out of our way to deliver the invoice to her. Then she was so rude and passive aggressive about giving us a check, it was like pulling teeth. For $70!
We didn't hear from her after that. When my partner bumped into her in town he asked if we had done anything wrong. She told us the bank was now sending out people (she specializes in bank owned property) so that's ok. We didn't miss her business at all.
When I think of real estate agent I think, personable, friendly, helpful. None of these qualities reside in this office. Lenore is belligerent and talks down to people like they are total idiots. She probably should retire or go to a different line of work. They rarely answer their office phone, and do not return calls or texts in a timely manner (I'm talking it takes a week or two before we hear back) When we do get information we find out it is incorrect or incomplete. They do not seem to be eager to help clients that are going to give them a lower payout. I suppose we are a low priority since we don't have loads of money to drop on a home. Furthermore, we feel that because of them we've missed out on a home that we really wanted. House Hunting can be overwhelming already - but doing it with agents that don't care is frustrating to say the least. I would find another agent.
So today, 4 years later, we go into the bank to make a deposit. Lenore is standing in line and she gives us the nastiest look as we walk in. I don't even notice because I'm telling my partner a story. We get in line and I finally notice she's giving us dirty looks. Whatever. But then she interrupts my story, like what I have to say is nowhere near as worthy as the vitriol she's about to spew.
"Are you Locksmitty's" she spat at us. Well, that is what the shirt says but not every customer has common sense so we both reply that we are Locksmitty's. "So that's your pitbull out there?" (FWIW she is an American Bulldog and so sweet that she's allowed to run around many local businesses, including the local Sears) Let me tell you, I am slow to anger and I try to give people credit (we've all said stupid things) but with her accusatory attitude and sharp tongue I just saw red. I thought "calm down and take a minute to educate for the sake of all the "bully breed" dogs out there. I said "How do you know she's a 'pit bull' because... and before I can say anything more she cuts me off again! "Well THAT dog is the reason I WON'T do business with you" Um, sorry lady do you think we care? So I told her "I don't care, we love our dog" and my partner laughs right in her face and says "you didn't do business with us before we got the dog!". She flapped her ignorant mouth like she was digging for something else to say, but I said "I think those ladies (the bank tellers) are ready to help you". Still she dug around in her tiny little mind for something to say, but coming up with nothing she turned to the teller and conducted her business. I vented to my teller a bit and before I knew it other customers in the bank were talking about her being an awful person and very difficult to deal with. We walked over to the pet store when we were done, where the staff couldn't believe someone could be so ignorant and gave Jackie yummy doggie cookies.
love the track. always kept watered down, dirt is great. very well maintained.
If you need a Realtor for any reason here in the Tooele valley we recommend Sandy Crichlow, Nicole Wanlass, or even the nice Realtor who left Deseret Peak to get away from Lenore. Really, ANY other Realtor would be a step up.
