Very nice and clean place to live, despite all these bad reviews from people who no longer live or have never lived in the park and from bitter tenants who don't bother to voice their concerns or issues with management, who are super friendly and very helpful. I have lived here for many years and never had issues with hidden fees or anything that you may be lead to believe. If you pay your rent on time and follow the rules listed on the lease that is given to you as you move in, you'll never have a single problem. Credit and background checks are done by a outside third party company, park management has no control over who is approved or denied. It's done by the owner of the park.
Lol I am reading some of these reviews and can't help but chuckle . I moved from TX to here a year ago and this was the place we ended up going with. I needed space and quiet and this offered it. Some of you are looking a bit bitter with these reviews and I have to question if you pay your rent on time
Very nice and friendly management, I have never had any issues or complaints. I keep to myself, and stay quiet. Management and staff go out of their way to help you, I've even seen them buy food for people who are grieving over a loss of a family member, and I've been invited several times to park events put on by the staff like park BBQ's and pool parties during the summer months. I have always followed the rules as listed in the guidelines of my lease, and whenever I have a issue in my home. I know that I can count on the management and staff to fix and correct it when I let them know.
Never a single issue or problem, my home is far from "Poor Conditions" as some of you have listed. It seems more like bitterness from spoiled children who didn't get their way. Staff and Management are amazing, they go out of their way to make this place feel like home and to treat residents with respect. We lost a resident recently and they rushed to make sure everything was taken care of, even going out and buying the family dinner and flowers. Very hard working staff, far from being "drunk" or on "drugs" as I've watched them rebuild and remodel homes. The bottom line is that the staff can not fix anything if you don't bother to tell them.
This park is great they have cleaned it up nice it not hard to follow rules u wouldn't have problems they r great hear
