Worst bank ever I am a disabled single mom, I can't work and I get small checks to help with bills. I use mobile app to make sure I have money so when is positive says it is they still took 2 37.00 over draft fees the manager told me well you don't have money don t spend it but when I went to use my card it said I was in the positives... he was really rude, I had money when I used it.. I watch my account and they made the mistake...
Great polite customer service and plus I like the no "Over draft" fees option. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Rip off. They will lie to your face and smile about it. Extremely poor customer service from a lazy branch manager that don't know how to do his job. Will leave you high and dry when you need "your own " money.
I love this bank. They offer hassle free account. Which is great if your living pay check to pay check. Makes it so u don't go in the hole on your checking account. They have great customer service. And their always making things right. I recommend to anyone.
The teller ladies are always fantastic! Have had experiences with all the employees. Never had a single one be unprofessional or unfriendly. The only drawback with the Tooele branch is that for a true business account rep we have to go to Salt Lake.
