Personnel are polite but seem undertrained for many situations. They also seem a bit scattered at times (short staffed?). Phone wait times are outrageous.

This firm has ripped me off several times, the most recent being my deceased Mother’s account.

Not happy with their customer service at all. Have been treated rudely on more than one occasion. Their interest rates for car loans are double what credit unions are offering even with decent credit scores. I will be switching to all 7 of my accounts to a the credit union that offered my the lowest interest rate on my car loan even though I have had no dealings with them.

I considered suing them but was still grieving.

When she passed away, I initiated a probate proceeding and was appointed Personal Representative of her estate to settle all remaining matters. I approached this very location with all the necessary paperwork to reflect her passing and my authority to act on her behalf. They were fully aware she had passed. At this time, I told them I did not wish to close the account (BIG mistake) due to uncertainty of funds needed to settle other debts on her behalf. Once I had gotten her in the ground, sold her house in Florida and resolved everything else, I went back to close her account here. They explained to me there was nothing left due to dormant fee charges (along with OTHER charges) they had placed on her remaining funds. I told them they had all the necessary paperwork on file to show she had passed, and I had requested a freeze on the account upon my first visit and that I wished the charges to be reversed, the MANAGER became VERY rude with me and asked me to leave. I never even raised my voice.
