I have seen her stay until 10 pm to help. People need to realize that she has a life outside of work too. She does not have a P.A. because she only hires those she trusts.
If your looking for a doctor who puts her best foot forward this lady is it!
Any parent with half of a brain wouldn’t leave their child sick for 3 days, especially if it was such an emergency- they would take them into the urgent care or hospital.
I’m personally disgusted at these negative reviews and astound by the entitlement of some grown adults.
Without a shadow of a doubt, she’s the best I’ve ever experienced. Not only does she genuinely care about your child, she WILL advocate for them and has personally shown me that time and time again.
WOW! The level of customer service is way above expectations and all I did was call in to set up initial appointment for my twins. REALLY looking forward to a personalized experience with this office. They seem to really put a lot of passion into what they do! Thanks Blackstar, for building trust with me right off the bat!
I know purely off of experience, that Dr. Taveras and Cliff do the very best they can to accommodate my children, even when they aren’t in the office.
As far as her office, Cliff does a great job, he is doing a job that is meant for AT LEAST two people- they are very professional and majority of us love the texts! I know I can send videos and they always get back to me in a timely manner.
Just like everyone else, they have things come up- life happens for them, too.
I gave this place 2 stars out of sympathy. I've been with Dr Traveras since she took over this practice. Stuck with this Dr through moves, breaks and even when I get no response back for days. When my children are sick or need something filled out for school I end up going somewhere else due to no response. When I say something, the staff is rude. She's a good Dr. Her staff will be the end of her practice.
I love her. I see these bad reviews and it drives me crazy. If your looking for a doctor who genuinely cares and is excellent and honest with you, she is it.
I really hope everyone reading these reviews, looks past the negative ones and can see the amount of positive and how many people love and appreciate Dr. Taveras and Cliff.
Her staff is her husband they are family ran.
This place is Amazing Cliff and Carmen are so nice understanding and I truly in my heart be live she loves all her patients she goes above and beyond.....Cliff the person at the front desk always gets back to me ....I drive an hour just to see them...... she is soo good with my daughter!!!!

As for her family maily her husband. He does so much that it is so hard for him to keep up. People are so rude to him, they do the best they can.
I mean, has it ever dawned on some of you, that they have children as well? I know speaking as a parent, when my day hits a certain time, that’s my children’s time.
