After visiting the dr and getting imaging done they haven't gotten back to me. They told me they have too many patients (twice) and that they won't be able to get back to me for a while. They said they would call by the end of the day...they didn't.
If your insurance allows you to go elsewhere, do it. They would be happy for you because they have too many other people to see.
Needless to say my kids will no longer be "growing" with this dr office.
When I asked about the imaging that was done they told me the imaging place hadn't sent the scans. I went to the imaging place and they had it time stamped that it was sent and received the day before. When I went back with the paperwork all they said was they are too busy. They lied to my face.
