I had recently got a new graphics card on my computer for Christmas and then I couldn't get it to work. We then called him up and went over on Christmas morning and the drive way was all plowed for us when we arrived and then he helped us fix our problems with it and was a very nice person. We were really happy about him helping us on Christmas morning

He gave me some of the best service I've ever received from someone in tech support, but he did it so quickly, efficiently, and at the lowest price. I'd say that I'm going to be going back there often but he did such a good job that I might never need to again.
