This is the worst retail store I've been in, in many years! No customer service after they have messed up on a contract. No refunds, even after the Verizon company told them they should. Held a product until after refund date passed then refused to give credit.
Would not return a phone case from a phone that was returned to Verizon.
I would suggest to never darken this stores doorway!
