Never answer phones and when I do get through I'm treated pretty rudely.

If I could give 0 stars as a rating I would. We have been with American family for several years and through this particular office. However the last few months it has been so aggravating and impossible to get anything done even something as simple as an address change. Now we have been billed incorrectly are being told our policy will cancel if it's not paid by tomorrow. For the past two weeks we've been trying to get the correct amount to pay. Instead we are told to just pay the bill and they will credit us. No thanks, I'm not paying what I don't actually owe. The ball has been dropped too many times by this particular office that we are definitely changing who we carry our insurance through. We should not have to fight to pay a bill.
