I walked in to Curry insurance yesterday and tried to get a auto quote. when I was there Lori help me she was very nice to me and help me out a lot I mean a lot. Lori told me to dispute the record with Cule and give her a call back. When I left there I disputed the claims with clue and was given a claim number to give to Lori. I called there the next day to try to reach out to Lori like she asked me to. When I called the office the manager picked up instead and was very rude and unprofessional to me and my sweet wife Brittany to the point my wife started to cry. We then said thank you for your time and hung up. Later that day I decided to be the bigger person and call back and thank Lori for all her hard work. When they answered the phone they said they were transferring me to Lori instead they transferred me to max Curry, when he picked up the phone and treated me poorly, I'm now in tears and feel very bad about the hole thing. I would not recommend this company to any one, my self im self employed and run a top notch construction company that holds five star ratings Google for instance.
Very uneducated bunch. If you want a boat or an RV insured, they can handle it but anything more and they will have to send out Pony Express to ask a question and then wait 6 month for the answer. I believe the owners name is Maxine, be careful for a women's cycle!
