Servers and food are great! I know what you are thinking, sushi in the middle of no where, and not near any oceans sounds like an epically bad plan... be prepared to be amazed. Seriously.

Server this evening hasn't been very attentive to the table. Drinks going empty and taking a long time to take order. Gave attitude when asked to refill drinks.... Not very personable. Kinda negatively influences the experience.
Good sushi and good service. My family frequents this restaurant, and we haven't had a bad experience yet. Sushi is always half price (which makes me wonder why they don't just cut the price on the menu). Sushi seems to be good quality considering that it is in the middle of Utah.
I'm sitting in the restaurant right now and couldn't wait to say how impressed I was. This was REALLY good sushi. I was not expecting to be impressed but I absolutely was, and I have eaten at some of the best sushi places in Seattle and Portland. And they have BEER!!!!! TNT and NNY were especially great.
When we first got there there was only one other person in the restaurant so we were seated and helped immediately. At first our waitress was amazing, super friendly and attentive. However, after we had finished eating our AMAZING dinner she came over and asked us if we needed to go boxes, we said yes and she said she would be right back with them. At this point it was fairly busy so she didn't get back right away, which was not a problem... however it became a problem when we waited over 10 minutes of patiently waiting, 15 minutes of us trying to flag her down and her making eye contact with us, and then another 5 when a different waitress who was helping the people next to us came over. She got us our boxes and check immediately and was super kind. I hope the first girl sees this so you know why we gave the tip to her and not you, she was the one who was attentive when we were ready to leave and you were the one who ignored us for 30 minutes. All 3 of us at the table work/ have worked with the public through retail and restaurant business so we know how it is, we understand that it got busy but you still could have come over and helped us after you said you would.
