The people make a restaurant great. These people at the Zaxby's in Tooele made it lose two stars and maybe more.
I've been to this Zaxby's several times, but as good as they started out the place is going downhill. They don't seem to care anymore. What were once nicely cooked chicken wings are now overcooked. Be sure to count your order, chances are you got shorted.
Such a disappointment. My order is always wrong or half of my order is missing by the time I get home. The kids who work there are nice. one day I came there was only 3 people working behind the counters and I had to wait 40 minutes In the drive thru for my order. ( this wasn't the kids fault, who ever was in charge of staffing that day really screwed up.)
The salads are big enough for two and they recognize that and let you choose two dressings. But they don't give you what you ordered. The salads come with specific ingredients as well. I has trouble finding anything but the lettuce mix.
Love their food. Their buffalo chicken "Blu Zalad" is delicious. The white cheddar bites are yummy too.
Food was dry, almost over cooked. The prices were high for what we got/overall. The employees were not friendly, even seemed annoyed we were there.
I love their Salads, they're the best salads ever. Always very quick to get your food, and you're order is always arcuate. Awesome employees. If you're craving chicken, this is the place to go.
