I just started going to the clinic a month ago and the staff is really nice and friendly and prices are not too high. I will be taking my cat to get surgery this next week. I was glad I didn't have to wait months to get an appointment.
Gowans is the best around. Friendly and personable. He knows that your pets are your family and treats them so well. He has seen all my dogs, and all my cats for over 10 years. Wouldn't go to anybody else.
Normally friendly staff, but don't expect to get in the time you schedule your appointment for. When we arrived there were 2 people still waiting. And we waited almost a full hour and NO ONE had been called back yet. So we left, cause we would've had to wait much longer, accounting for the two people before us, and that's ridiculous. Extremely short staffed or not managing they're time well. By the time we left, there were 5 people waiting not including us. Either way, we are considering going to a different vet clinic.
After having Dr. Roundy loose my dog during a dental cleaning, I was really nervous taking them to someone else for a dental. But they were so understanding and professional. They took really Good care of my dogs. They have a long wait list, but Its worth the wait. And I can now see why. They are the only Good vets out here.
While I absolutely love the clinic I am not found of long hold times. Almost every time I call I am placed on hold for a minimum of 5 min, but usually 10+. The wait times are horrendous once you are there. Appointment times don't mean much. As a clinic you are busy enough to hire more staff, but do not. You will be losing my business and I am sure have already lost others because of this. I constantly hear complaints about long hold times, long waits in the clinic. I understand the joys of healthcare and have worked in the industry for many years, but this trend has seemed to continue with no resolution in over a year that I have been coming to your clinic. The only reason I have stayed is because I love most of the staff and the vets, but honestly I am just done. You have lost a well paying customer and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
