Thank you Joe Roundy for everything you have done for my fur babies and I. Unfortunately you have had to save their lives on multiple occasions and you always come through for us even with our after hour emergencies and you do whatever you can to help them get better. Very compassionate and caring while being honest about how sick my cat was. They showed me the lab results so I could make am informed decision. Gave me all my options for my very sick cat.
Last year we brought in our two kittens for their kitten shots. I called around in advance and this was the best prices. We also made appointments for their gender reassignment surgery and de-claw their front claws. 4 days later the little boy died, I called them and the front office person was very rude and snippy. She told me we didn't get all of their shots. I made an appointment for my little girl, went I seen the Vet, he was very compassionate for the circumstance. He told me the girl was good until next year. They must have talked to the front peoples, they are much nicer! I like our Vet, he's very caring and he answers all of our questions and takes the time to do so.
I called late last night to get me sick dog down there and Joe Roundy meet me there. He has always been amazing with all my fur baby's. Thank you for being so kind and being there we we need you.
Prices are way too high. The people are not very nice either, nobody ever smiles. The vet always seems not interested in my animal. I don't receive good follow up care or instructions either. I would recommend checking out of town first.
I will definitely be returning to this vet for wellness visits and any care my pets need!
