This was the best experience I've had at a repair shop! Everyone was really nice and the waiting area was awesome. They had free fountain drinks, coffee and hot chocolate, popcorn, and bottled water. They sent me a text message within the first few minutes saying that if I needed anything throughout my visit to respond to the text. The wait was a little longer than I was expecting so I texted the number for an update and he responded with the details and apologized for the wait. I had my baby with me and ended up using the Customer Quiet Room they have blocked off to nurse him. The rep saw me through the window in there and smiled and waved and then sent me a text to take my time. When I came out they had everything ready and didn't try to sell me anything (*ahem Jiffy Lube*). They had done a state safety inspection and had replaced two lights at no cost to me and then didn't charge for the inspection! I was very surprised! He apologized again for the wait and I was on my way! I will definitely be back!
These guys are AWESOME!!!! We made the trip to Tooele just to check them out. They we're professional, courteous and VERY down to earth. These guys didn't push and worked around what we wanted/needed.
Performance Auto has a lifetime customer! They were polite, I was able to get an appointment the same day. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait, 20 minutes later it's done, it was washed, the doors were open for us, A/C on and they even places two water bottles in the car (my daughter was with me.) This kind of customer service is unheard of, faith in humanity restored
I am a performance car enthusiast, and I had my eye on a car that was traded into Performance Auto-mall in Tooele. I had an incredible experience here with Kelly from sales. Kelly got me behind the wheel and took me for the best test drive I have had -- not only because the car was fun to drive, but because he wanted me to experience the car in all driving environments to make sure I would be happy with it. He took his time with me and while he is a good salesman, he did not put on too much pressure. While I decided I couldn't let go of my current ride just yet, when I am ready I am sure I will be back! I have been to a lot of dealers and recommend these guys above all others, hands down! Ask for Kelly!
We are new-ish to the area, we prefer to take our car to the dealer for an oil change. We were going to the dealer we bought it from in Salt Lake and the service was horrible!
