All they had to do was keep their word, and keep me updated along the way. I'm giving two stars because while I was at the dealership, I had a great experience.
They give you a different story with each person you talk to, they don't keep their promises to fix parts on the vehicle that is guaranteed in writing, and they never return your calls.
Was traveling through and my car shutdown down. I was able to explain the problem and Charlie who was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind was able to diagnose the issue over the phone. Arrived at the shop and he was right. He and his team worked beyond the normal work day to get me back on the road. I am thankful for the team at Performance Dodge Chrysler Jeep and Ram.
