I absolutely loved every minute of the 6 week program. Even the days where I was sore because I knew I was gaining the strength and confidence to do everyday activities again. Ty, Lars, and Jody are amazing, the plan is simple and you will see results as long as you follow the plan. Starting the program I could barely feel my hands most of the time from carpal tunnel, and my feet killed me from bunions.. upon finishing the program my hands are no longer numb and my feet are no where near as bad. They helped me enjoy simple activities again without being in pain by teaching me different techniques specifically designed to help with my injuries. I was completely amazed seeing the changes my body had made in 6 short weeks, I lost 25.1 pounds and went from wearing a size 24 to 16! Thank you guys so much for all your wisdom and keeping me on track!
Get fit with Ty is the place to go if you have a goal you want to reach! Just completed a 6 week challenge and Ty and his team are supportive during every aspect of reaching your goal. The gym is a judgement free zone where everyone is welcoming and supportive. Awesome workouts that build your strength that anyone can do with slight modifications if needed. I would definitely recommend this gym and programs to everyone!
Ty doesn't let me get discouraged, he takes the time to explain how my body is either working with me or against me and helps me figure out how to get past a road block. Thanks Ty
Ty and his crew are AMAZING! I just finished a 6 week challenge that I was really concerned I wasn't going to lose as much as I should. I DID IT.... with the expertise and knowledge of the Get Fit with Ty program. The gym and trainers are so welcoming. I never felt uncomfortable or out of place at all. There are all types and sizes of people there with the same goal in mind to get healthy and fit. Everyone is so encouraging and helps you to stay on track with the meal plans and to complete the exercises with the correct form. I would highly recommend Get Fit with Ty to anyone and everyone!
