Extremely rude nurses as well as over an hour wait time
There are some providers I prefer more than others but each we have seen, I am satisfied with. Andy Caldwell, PA is the Primary for 3 in our family & he totally 'gets' my kids. He gives off calmness, makes the teens comfortable by understanding them, REALLY listening to what they have to say & not making them feel they are inconsequential. My husband, who is picky on providers, also felt comfortable & felt Andy listened to him & treated him with respect. I go to Dr. Shinkle & she is understanding. Everyone from the Pharm Techs to person you see when you walk in to MA's to the woman who does blood & X-rays have been professional and friendly. Adam, I think his name is, the pharmacist is TERRIFIC. When we moved out here, he took a look at my meds and talked to me about interactions between a few of them. I had our prescriptions at a grocery in Salt Lake before & no pharmacist ever let me know. I stopped some, changed some & feel better than I have in years! I'm very thankful to him.
