Very pleased with both Dr Hibbert and PA Niederhouser. They have been awesome to work with on my kidney issues. I have been to several urologists, by far, this has been the most pleasant to work with. Easiest to get an appointment and they actually listen to me and work out a treatment plan that works! I am treated like a real person instead of just another number. Highly recommend Tooele Urology.
They make you wait in the lobby forever and then you have to wait in the back for a long time. If you plan to be in and out fast you're wrong plan to be there all day.
Took our newborn here for a circumcision. Doctor Hibbert did a good job with the procedure however he does not have very good bedside manner. He isn't very personable. Most frustrating part was receiving 3 separate bills. First one was for the consultation. Isn't that normally free? All he did was tell us everything that could go wrong with the procedure. Sure glad we could pay for that! 2nd bill was for the actual procedure. 3rd bill was for the follow up. Again, isn't that normally free as part of the procedure? Maybe this is the norm, but it was frustrating that they didn't tell us up front.
The staff is always friendly and they do their best to get me in at the last moment!
Can't ever get them to answer the phone to even make a appointment. Then a 30 minute visit turns into a Gilligan 3 hour tour. You first wait a hour in the waiting room, then another hour in the exam room before the doctor sees you. I am saying this not just after a bad single experience. I ha e been there three times and it's the same everytime.
