The girl at the counter completely got both our orders wrong. Brought us both completely different orders than we placed. We could hear the cook in the back arguing about cooking the proper orders he finally relented after at least 5 minutes. Then when they did bring the correct orders, both the burgers were mashed, they didn't even put our fries in containers, because if they did, it would be plainly obvious there was less than half as much as there should be, and they were cold too. The tables were sticky the napkin dispensers were empty! It was pretty much the worst fast food experience we have had ever. I should have asked for our money back, but the girl hadn't given me my receipt as well, so don't go to Carl's Jr in Tooele!
I waited over 20 min for my kids food and then it was a super dry burger. Very disappointed in this location many times. This was the last straw. Never going back. Don't waste you time or money. Just go to McDonald's down the street!
Best thing to eat here is the fried zucchini...it beats any other i have had. It's always hot and delicious!
Very, very, very slow service. 'Fast' food this is not. Beyond that, didn't taste too great either. Building smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Honestly, I would find another place to eat. An extra star because I'm not sick yet.
This place has a nice little indoor playground, my 8 year old liked it, my 11 year old said it was too small. It took took a long time to get our food but it was delicious. The bathroom and parking lot were dirty and the lids and straws were out of stock, but they were quick to refill them. The dining area was clean.
