I have never had a complaint when I visit Jim's. The service is always amazing, friendly and fast. The food is always plentiful and well worth the slightly higher price, in comparison to other similar local places. I usually get the spaghetti dinner and usually always take home a to go box. My only complaint is their waiting area is small, but luckily we haven't had to wait very long when we visit, and the longest was probably five minutes.

I ordered the rib eye steak since they ran out of prime rib. The steak was fairly bland, and the carrots were still crisp, despite being steamed. The staff is friendly, but the food could be better.
